Purchase our products for your specific needs. Returns are therefore not always possible. However, we do accept returns under certain conditions. To request a return, please email us at support@plugbyj.com, fill in the contact form, or dm us on our Instagram @plugbyj.

 

Return Policy ( international brands )

Returns will only be accepted if PlugbyJ supplies the wrong product, if the product is defective, or if the returned product does not match the description. Returns only apply to new, non-discounted items (regular price). Used items cannot be returned.

PlugbyJ only accepts returns within 48 hours after the item has been delivered. Once 48 hours have passed, we can no longer accept refunds or exchanges.
 

If you need to return an item under any circumstances, the item must be new/unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for return (shoe laces, insoles, etc.). Also, it must be in the original packaging. Clothing tags and labels must not be removed but must remain attached. Items that are not in their original condition, have damaged parts, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are not covered by our return policy.
 

Certain products are not eligible for return. Used perishables cannot be returned. A receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the item are required to complete the return.
 

Please email us or DM us on Instagram to obtain the return address for your product. After confirming receipt of the product, we will refund you within 3-7 business days.
 

Refund policy for international brands (if applicable)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card or bank account (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

PlugbyJ reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for unsuccessful returns, refunds, or exchanges and to reject any claims from fraudulent users.

PlugbyJ reserves the right to reject any claims from users who exhibit abusive behaviors or are suspected of fraudulent conduct.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that for all local brand purchases, PlugbyJ operates on a strict no-refund policy. All sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if PlugbyJ supplies the wrong product, size, or if the returned product does not match the description

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, all sale items are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hypevault.co

 

Pre-order items (if applicable)

If you have pre-ordered an item with us and have placed a deposit, the deposit cannot be transferred to another order nor can it be refunded. Once the pre-order is placed, you will have 31 days to make the full payment. We reserve the right to burn the deposit and cancel the order once 31 days have passed.
